What happens when my subscription ends?

If your subscription ends — either because it expires, or because you decide to cancel your CareStart subscription — your access to the CareStart platform and your customer data will still be available in a read-only mode for a period of 6 months from the day of deactivation.

Suppose you wish to enter new information or create new records within the 6-month platform expiry period. In that case, you can reactivate your subscription and continue using CareStart to manage your business with all data intact.

Should the 6-month platform expiry period be reached, your access to the CareStart platform will be disabled. Admins and users will no longer have access to CareStart software or the services that come with the platform. All customer data will remain on the systems safe and secure for a period of 3 years to support you should you wish to reactive in the future.

Important: Please contact our support team if you want all data to be deleted permanently. Our support team can be reached via admin@carestart.com.au.

What happens when my 30-Day trial ends?

When your 30-Day trial ends, you can continue using Carestart via a few options:

  • Subscribe – Visit our pricing page and select the plan that best suits your business needs.
  • Extend your trial – Need more time to ensure CareStart is right for you? In some cases, our support team may be able to extend your trial to help you make the right choice.
  • Let Trial Expire – We would be sorry to see you leave; however, you will be provided continued ‘Read Only’ access for 6 months. This ensures you have full access to your information and offers you the future option to renew.
